ROOTNODE PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
RootNode uses the information you choose to share to understand your technology request, contact you and provide support. You do not need an account to send a request.
Information you provide
A request may include your name, phone number or email, city or ZIP code, a description of the problem, an optional voice recording, and files you choose to attach. RootNode also creates a transcript and a short summary for voice requests. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or other information that is not needed to explain the issue.
How voice and text requests are processed
When you finish a recording, it is sent over HTTPS to RootNode’s private intake backend. Speech recognition and request analysis run on privately operated RootNode systems. The AI analysis receives text, not a live microphone stream. Typed requests use the same private processing path.
Nothing is submitted as a service request until you choose to send it. If automatic processing is unavailable, you can send a short written description directly to RootNode for personal review.
When you send a request
RootNode stores the submitted request in its private intake system so it can be reviewed and answered. To notify the business, RootNode sends the request summary, contact details, any supplied location and service information, request reference, and files you attached to RootNode’s private Telegram inbox through the Telegram Bot API.
The original voice recording and full transcript are not sent to Telegram. They remain in RootNode’s private storage. Telegram is a separate service; messages and attached files there are subject to Telegram’s systems and the retention or deletion settings of the receiving account.
Retention and deletion requests
Unsubmitted intake sessions, including their temporary recordings and attachments, expire and are automatically deleted after about 60 minutes. Submitted requests, including the stored audio, transcript and files, are retained in RootNode’s private intake system for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Telegram copies are outside those automatic deletion periods.
To ask a privacy question or request deletion of a submitted request, email support@rootnode.cv and include the request reference if you have it. RootNode will review the request and respond.
Website analytics and security
RootNode has not configured a third-party analytics account on this website. The site may emit general interaction events, such as when someone opens intake or sends a request; those events do not include recordings, transcripts, names, phone numbers or email addresses. For abuse prevention, the intake system uses a short-lived keyed hash derived from the connecting IP address for rate limits. Hosting and network providers may process ordinary connection data when delivering the website.
